After more than two years of marriage, jeezy, the Put On rapper known as Jay Jenkins, has officially filed for divorce from his wife, Jeannie Mai.
This is a major change in their relationship, according to court documents obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Thursday.
According to the records, Jeezy and the former Real host are currently separated.
Monaco, their 1-year-old daughter, is one of the most important aspects of their divorce.
Jeezy has stated his want for joint custody of their child. Furthermore, as reported by the site, the couple had the foresight to establish a prenuptial agreement.
Their journey began with three years of courting and will end with a touching ceremony at their Atlanta home on March 27, 2021.
